The Becker Ensemble of London is a professional group of musicians who have been performing together since 1988. The ensemble was founded by John Perkins and provides musical combinations from Piano Trios to the full symphony orchestra. The orchestra is officially 'Musicians in Residence in Sandwich Guildhall'

Sandwich Festival - Symphony Concert Sy Mary's Church Sandwich 26th August 2010. The programme of music will include Mozart's Overture to Idomeneo, Bruch's Violin Concerto in G minor and the Symphony No 2 in D by Beethoven. There will also be a special performance by the Marlowe Young Musician of the Year 2009 (Ellie Eden) of Rossini's Introduction and Variations for Clarinet. The orchestra will be conducted by John Perkins and the solo violinist will be the internationally renowned Dutch violinist Mathieu Van Bellen - More info ...
